Refund policy

At Kenbradley Wellness , we take great care in crafting and packaging each product to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Due to the personal and delicate nature of our incense products, all incense sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of quality, freshness, and safety for every customer.

For all other eligible products, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that items are:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned in their original packaging
  • Free from damage, wear, or alteration

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.
